I’ve been too lazy to blog :X

Even my post title is crap, lol.

Life is rather mundane now that I’m working. Now I really truly know why Mr Poon said that I probably cannot take an office job. I mean, the people are rather nice, it’s in an aircon room, in the middle of the city…

BUT I MISS MY FREEEDOM :(

Before going to work: I want to work I want to work I want to work!
After going to work: Huh going to work again T.T I can’t wait till this ends.
(31ST DEC!!!)

But I do have to thank God for providing this job for me. Compared to doing sales, this job has more learning opportunities. :)

Saturday was a really crazy day:
My house > Mum’s office > Toa Payoh Central > Wisma Atria > Orchard Boulevard > Orchard MRT > City Hall MRT > Tiong Bahru MRT > Some funny place in Tiong Bahru > Tiong Bahru MRT > Outram Par MRT > Serangoon MRT > Nex > Serangoon MRT > Bishan MRT > Marymount MRT > Bishan MRT > Toa Payoh Central > Mum’s office

By the time I reached Serangoon MRT, I felt as if my legs were going to give way any moment. And someone was late! Tsk tsk!

But I really enjoyed myself! Thanks __________ :)

I’ve still got some stuff on my shopping wishlist. I guess it’s just never ending! On a different note, I’ve got some long-term wishes as well.

I can’t wait for Friday to come! This weekend is going to be the best weekend of 2010 :D Looking forward!

It’s been half a month since the holidays started. I felt like I’ve done many things, but at the same time I felt like I haven’t done much. I know that sounds crazy. Ironical TTM.

What I have done so far:
1. Spent a week in Beijing, Tianjin and Chengde.
2. Sold some of my textbooks.
3. Packed the rest of my Sec 4 books aside.
4. Did manicure.
5. Been shopping at Orchard with Lyn.
6. Been to Sentosa with Lyn, Xiaoyin and Delia (PHOTOS PHOTOS!).
7. Wrote a personal journal for the first time in my life (only for a week :X).
8. Prepared part of the Christmas presents.
9. Done morning exercise with my sister for the last 3 days.
10. Recreated a Facebook account.

I still have some things in mind that I haven’t done.

Have been looking through some photos the other day and all the memories in Crescent came flushing back to me. I wouldn’t say that my life in Crescent had been the best ever, but I must admit that it had been a very fulfilling one.

I think I grew up a lot. I may look the same when I enter Crescent and when I leave (even the size never changed much –.-), but I’m much more mature now. Not quite ready to be thrown out into the society yet, but a great improvement.

I have God to thank for this. Thinking back, it’s been a crazy four years with so many ups and downs. I don’t think I would have be able to pull through this alone. I’ve got so many things to give thanks for, so many apologies to make to God that I don’t know where to start. But I know that God knows :)

I have many people to thank too. So many to thank for being part of my life in Crescent, for leaving beautiful memories for me to remember when we were in Crescent (I shall dedicate a thankyou post). And if there is anything that you should remember about me, just remember that I love you people :)

Okok, I’ve been abit too emotional on that haha. I shall save some emotions for the thankyou post :) That’s all for now!

Guess where?
…China.

Hahah was that surprising? I never thought I would go to China. And quoting _______: Huh! You so fast fly already? I still have a bio paper -.- Hahah!

Well it was not that bad. At least I don’t see people spitting along the roads so often. And the scenery was quite magnificent. The airports and train stations were well-built as well. The shopping was ok. I didn’t buy as much as I wanted to, because gazillions of shops sell the same stuff. A little more boring than my usual shopping experience but it’s one of the more enjoyable things on this trip for me :)

I couldn’t quite get used to the food there. It was much too oily and salty. I submerged my veg in Chinese tea to wash away the oil :P I tried not to drink too much water so I can avoid toilet trips. Some toilets can be really…

On a random note, Great Wall is more difficult to descend than climb (read the title) – yes, I climbed it and came back down in one piece :) It was horribly steep. And there were missing/eroded tiles here and there. I was so afraid I was going to fall and die that I refused to let go of the railing.  

I got frostbite :/ Quite painful. I got it within 2 hours at the Tiananmen Square/Forbidden City. I wore my gloves! That didn’t help. The wind was vicious.

I missed Prom cause of this :/
Cheryl: Sorry for leaving you alone!! I hope you enjoyed it anyway :)

Holidays :) I remember telling some people last year: Next year we won’t have any homework to do during this time. Actually it can be quite boring haha. I felt it when I came back yesterday. Anyway, I’m really looking forward to crazy shopping, preparing Christmas gifts, gatherings, working, girl talk… :D

Some things are better left unsaid.

I should be flapping my wings hard, trying to rebel against gravity, trying to fly.
And definitely not look at the sky from down below and imagine the scene.

What exactly are you doing now?

I’ve been thinking a lot.
Maybe too much for my own good.
